There are times when one needs to be still to regroup and strategise.

And then there are times when you've just got to pluck up the courage to get shit done!

Just for fun (no pun intended!), here's also one of my f avourite videos of all time.

When I picked up the violin again for the first time in six months.

No idea who came up with the quote, but it's what gets me out of bed and working out every morning since I first saw it.
